St. Jermone's

As El Cerrito's most popular neighborhood, St. Jerome's enjoys a wonderful mix of old residents and young professional families who call home to this small four block radius bordering Albany.

The homes here tend to be more expensive than other El Cerrito properties because of the neighborhood's caché. Built in the 30s and 40s, the houses tend to be smaller 2–3 bedroom homes with lots of charm. Many of them are spacious, well-built, split-level bungalows, which have been remodeled to show off the beautiful detailing, finely constructed built-ins and polished wood floors. The neighbors in St. Jerome's take pride in their gardens and most homes have well groomed front and back yards.

St. Jerome's can't be beat for convenience. It's just two blocks off of Memorial Park in Albany and Solano Ave. The newly renovated El Cerrito Plaza is nearby, as well as a BART stop.
