She goes on to discuss the importance of educating and preparing the consumer, before the home search or the marketing of their home even begins. Red Oak agents work with buyers to maximize their buying power in the East Bay, and much of this comes from being experts in the local neighborhoods. Our agents also go through an extremely thorough analysis of a seller’s property, taking into consideration current statistics, market trends, the home’s location, features and condition, among other factors and make recommendations in order to position the property for maximum return.
In addition to touching upon the company’s recent rebrand, she also discusses some of the things that set us apart from other brokerages, like our commitment to digital marketing and staying abreast of new technologies, our 16 full-time staff members available to support our agents and our clients, and our ongoing commitment to our customers.
