The East Bay has been my home for over 25 years, the last 19 of which I've lived in North Berkeley. After 12 years of invaluable experiences in Berkeley public schools, my son graduated from Berkeley High in 2018 and my daughter will graduate in 2020.
I thrive on the "immigrant spirit" created by the diversity of backgrounds and variety of experiences in the East Bay, whether people have come here from abroad or from another place in the U.S. – even if they are of that increasingly rare group who can call themselves Bay Area natives.
Prior to real estate, I worked as a health plan representative and employee benefits consultant to all kinds of firms and non-profit agencies, from the smallest two-person start up to Fortune 500 companies. I left that field with many valuable business skills and, perhaps more important, the realization that helping people with decisions that are personally important to them gives me the greatest satisfaction.

The seller was a little stubborn. We really wanted the place, and probably would have given in a little sooner, but Todd knew the game. We called the shots, but he showed us the different scenarios and gave his advice on how the seller would react to each. We got a little nervous, but seeing Todd very calm and reassuring made us feel better. In the end, we got the seller to repair everything that we asked for, and got credit back toward closing costs. We are very happy with the purchase.

Todd was our Real Estate Agent when we were looking for our house.
