Stacy Einsidler

Growing up with a father in the U.S. Navy, I consider myself fortunate to have spent my formative years in places such as Iceland, Japan, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Spain, the UK and Greece. The travelling bug never left, leading me to South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, Mexico (left my heart on the Yucatán Peninsula), Belize, Fiji, Australia, The Bahamas, The Canary Islands, Canada and 39 of the 50 United States, in no particular order.

After graduating high school abroad, I made a direct line for the Bay Area. I shuffled my feet upon the "welcome mat" and knew I had found a place to call home. After graduating from SFSU with a degree in biology (I still consider myself a science geek!), I moved to the Oakland Hills, and after a few years I purchased my first home in the Montclair District.

The home buying process awoke a previously undiscovered passion: real estate! Without hesitation, I earned my real estate license and have been enthusiastically helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals ever since.

MY MISSION STATEMENT
Always channeling my mission statement of “facilitate, educate and protect,” I bring my extensive knowledge to the table each and every time. I work with both buyers and sellers in all types of settings and price ranges. My experience includes facilitating move-ups, downsizing, first-time buyers, distressed sales, short sales, bank owned, trust sales, 1031 exchanges, multi-unit, investment/flips and vacant lots.

Having represented many clients over the years, I recognize that just as every home is unique, so are the needs and priorities of each homeowner. I use every tool, including those custom-created by Red Oak, to gain maximum exposure for your home – from print to web, to open houses and beyond. I channel my mission statement every step of the way to ensure that your home stands out and sells for the best possible price.

I don’t consider real estate to be a sales job – my role is to ensure my clients are exposed to all opportunities that satisfy their needs, whether they are first-timers looking to break into this fast-paced market, second-timers searching for their dream home, or downsizers seeking their retirement home. Combining market expertise, sound advice, patience and compassion, I aggressively negotiate on your behalf to find you a home that is right for you.

"Extremely helpful and very patient! We were completely new to the buying experience, and Stacy was a great agent to have for first time home buyers. She explained everything in detail and was always available to answer questions. Because we didn't have a car, she offered to drive us to several open houses! She was there when we signed all the paperwork, which is uncommon, and helped us work through any questions with the escrow officer. She also bought us a one year insurance on our new home, as a gift. Her support also did not end after the purchasing. She sent us a package to help with our tax preparation. She's definitely very invested in your buying experience and adds a nice personal touch to everything she does!"

"We have had the pleasure of working on multiple real estate transactions together and I am always impressed with Stacy's professionalism, congeniality, and commitment to customer service. Stacy has a unique ability to communicate the complexities of buying and selling real estate in the Bay Area with her clients, and it makes her a true asset to have on your side when you are looking for your dream home. Stacy is incredibly responsive, listens to her clients, and makes them feel much more at ease during what can be otherwise stressful times. We enthusiastically give Stacy our highest rating!"

"I've never known a person to work so hard and get so involved with the people she is working for. She is so knowledgable about every aspect of the home buying process you'd think she wrote the book. Her work ethic is outta this world and she is Super fun. Not only is she great, but she surrounds herself with a host of highly productive, highly effective agents, brokers and officers. What a great team her and her people represent. Seriously, If she were selling vacuums I'd own like Seven. Thank you Stacy!!!"

"Stacy helped me purchase and sell a home in the Oakland area. There is no doubt she is one of the best realtors in the business, knowledge, helpful and always, always looking out for her client. Stacy has earned the most precious thing I could give her, my trust! If I ever purchase a property in the Bay Area again, there is only one person I will be calling - Stacy."

"In all honesty, I don’t think I could have found a better realtor to guide me through my first time selling a home. Stacy Einsidler walked me through every step, every document, every concept of selling, the markets, the rational for making decisions, and all of the related costs and fees, so that when it came time to sign the final papers there were no surprises. She found the service providers for painting, carpet installation, cleaning, inspections, and handyman services for installing lighting, plumbing, patio and other minor repairs. To call her a team player is simply not enough, and I cannot thank her enough for being my agent. The below “how did you first learn about your agent” I marked “Other”, but that doesn’t begin to describe the complexity of choosing a realtor. I knew of Stacy from MacArthur Heights HOA meetings because she was a board member, and also knew she had sold a few units in my complex but I certainly didn’t know her well. But I did lookup reviews on Yelp (very positive), and also garnered a few comments from other homeowners in the complex (also very positive). I didn’t know her as a friend at the start of this process, but I definitely now consider her a friend."

"We worked with Stacy Einsidler and can't recommend her highly enough. Stacy is one-of-a-kind. Without her razor sharp expertise accumulated over years of competitive Bay Area real estate, professionalism, and incredible guidance we would have been lost. As first time buyers we felt so secure and cared for, we couldn't have had a better guide. She patiently coached us through EVERY single step. Stacy will always be dear to us.We now own our first home (the first home we bid on) and owe it to her expertise. Stacy is pure gold!"
